Here you’ll find a number of frequently asked questions about my services and offerings. I tried to include a variety of FAQs, but if you still have questions after going through the list, please get in touch directly and I’ll answer any questions you have. I am happy to hear from you, and would love to work together.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A MAKEUP TRIAL?

Yes! LO.Glam requires that you must have a makeup trial before any event that you schedule with us. Whether that is a wedding, party, or pageant, you must have a trial beforehand.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES LO.GLAM ACCEPT?

We gladly accept payments of cash or check. Please note that when booking with us, there is a non-refundable deposit that is due upon booking that will secure your appointment. 

  • In order to secure your date, a contract must be signed, along with a $100 non refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the total amount due. The deposit is due 7 days after signing the contract otherwise the contract will be voided immediately. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

I WANT TO COME WITH A FRIEND — DOES LO.GLAM OFFER PACKAGE DEALS?

We offer package deals for bridal parties only of 10 or more.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! A travel fee is determined by how far the destination is from our studio. We are more than willing to travel out of state and/or country!

DO YOU OFFER HAIR STYLING SERVICES?

Yes! We have a team of Assistants who specifically specialize in styling hair!

I DON'T NEED BOTH HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE. CAN I ONLY REQUEST ONE SERVICE?

Absolutely!!!! There is no need to purchase both services if you do not require the use of both!
